Under the same processing conditions, the vibration resistance of tungsten carbide adapters is excellent. From the processing audio, lower sound frequency made which indicate less wear during processing, tool life can be greatly improved. However, based on cost considerations, tool steel holders can be used when the diameter ratio is less than 2 times. Diameter ratio 2 times or more is recommended using tungsten carbide vibration resistance tool holder.
