Nine9 Freewheel has 6 cutting edges with high feed rates and full grinding of the cutting edge, no secondary burrs will be produced. The AA grade Freewheel can be tandem with special tools to make burr handling easier. The Freewheel can do front chamfering and reverse chamfering. The 90-degree cutting insert of the Freewheel can be replaced with a 60-degree cutting insert to immediately mill the inner and outer threads. You can change the diameter and tooth pitch, metric and imperial teeth, coarse and fine teeth as you wish.
