Special tool structure design makes the chamfering of forged workpieces consistent

Due to environmental and material factors, the appearance of forged workpieces varies. We design a special tool structure to make the chamfering of forged workpieces consistent in appearance, and the difference cannot be seen visually. We design a special tool structure, including a floating chuck, a tool holder, an i-Center cutting insert, and a bearing. Use the floating chuck to generate side thrust force, let the tool use the bearing as the model base, and complete the chamfering of the shape. Such a structure can overcome the problem of chamfering on the appearance of forged products.
